Subject	Help me design my dream garage!

Message	I'm in the process of building a house and am trying to figure out a way to air condition part of the garage (for up to a day at a time just so I can work on my car and not die in the Florida heat). As you can see in the picture, the main work bay will be in bay #6. The problem is, in order to get to bays #5 and 6, you have to drive through bays #3 and 4 as illustrated by the red arrows(homeowner association only allows 4 car garages, so I had to do it this way). I'd like to air condition bays 5 & 6 by possibly putting some sort of wall along the dotted line with some kind of retractable system. Anybody have any recommendations of what kind of setup would work here? Perhaps some sort of garage door opener/roll down shutter with heavy vinyl material? Thanks for any input!
